Every order is created with purpose and carefully prepared for its journey to you. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order enters the shipping process.

Order Processing & Production

Our products are made with intention, not mass-produced and sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped.

After your order is placed, it enters our production process. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfillment location, and time of year.

Estimated production time: 3–7 business days.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your shipping estimate begins once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier.

During holidays, product launches, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the available shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on your destination, fulfillment location, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

As a general estimate:

U.S. Orders: Approximately 5–15 business days after production.

International Orders: Approximately 5–30 business days after production, depending on the destination and shipping method.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, carrier delays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been shipped.

You can use your tracking number to follow your order throughout its journey.

Your growth is a journey. So is your package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, destination, fulfillment location, package weight, and available shipping method.

Your available shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please Check Your Shipping Information

Please make sure your name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, phone number, email address, and ZIP/postal code are entered correctly before completing your order.

Once an order enters production or has shipped, changes to the shipping address may no longer be possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes your package to be returned or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

Delayed Orders

Sometimes the journey takes longer than expected.

If your order is delayed because of circumstances such as severe weather, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events outside of our control, we appreciate your patience while we work to get your order moving.

If your package has gone significantly beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also want to check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery facility.

International Orders

We are proud to serve customers beyond our borders.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import requirements, duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Any applicable charges that are not included at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may also vary based on customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Order Cancellations

Because many Source Of Growth products are made to order, we begin processing orders quickly.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
