Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable) and packaging

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us. If an exchange isn't available, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations may only be possible if requested shortly after your order is placed.
